Reservation Policy

Damage Deposit to be taken at check in with credit card or cash in the amount of $10,000 pesos. This amount will be refunded at check out if all rules are followed and no damage to home or property. 

 

Minors must be supervised at all times while in the pool, jacuzzi and house. It is forbidden to smoke inside the house or any of the rooms, smoking is allowed outside in designated areas. Please do not throw cigarette buds on the ground or in the garden as it will result in your damage deposit not being refunded. The tenant cannot sublet the property, nor part of it. No events allowed. No music or Bands after 1.00 a.m. in respect for our neighbors. 

 

The following will terminate your stay immediately without refund:

 

-Capacity of occupants exceeding 16 people or the amount indicated on reservation form signed by the owner. 

-Damage to the property or any neighboring properties. 

Any conflict that interferes with the tranquility of our surrounding neighbors. 

-Using the property for any irregular and or illegal activity. 

-Not following house rules.

 

You are invited to take care of the property and facilities as if it were your own home. The owner and the Administrator will not be responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury, death or theft. 

 

The owner and Administrator will not be responsible for any inconvenience arising from a temporary defect or an interruption in the supply of water, electricity or plumbing that is beyond their control. 

 

The owner and Administrator will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal possessions. 

 

The owner and Administrator will not be responsible for poor weather conditions, hurricanes, earthquakes, and electrical storms. The owner and Administrator will not be responsible for any electronics that made be damaged during a power outage. 

 

The owner and Administrator can not be responsible for any events that take place in neighboring areas that may interrupt or disturb peace and quiet.

  • No parties or events

  • No loud music

  • No more than 2 adults per bed

  • No smoking inside home or bedrooms.

  • Cigarette buds must be disposed in ashtray or garbage can. Not on property grounds or garden.

  • Items damaged in home must be reported to owners or administrator right away

  • If an issue arises with electric appliances, electrical outlets, plumbing, toilets, swimming pool, gas appliances, doors, windows, gates etc… these must be reported right away to owner or administrator to resolve the issue. Not reporting and trying to fix yourself or ignoring the issue will result in loss of refund and or payment to replace broken items. 

  • If damage has occurred on the property depending on the damage and expense Tennant will be responsible to pay for repairs.

  • We ask all guests to take care of the house in a responsible manner. Please turn out lights and air conditioners when not in room. Do not leave wet or damp towels or clothing on beds or furniture.

  • No glass around pool area or while in the pool. All drinks must be in plastic bottles or cups.

  • No food in or near pool.

 

 

To be aware owners live on premise, in private apartment. 

Cancelation Policy

100 % refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check in less 5% service fee for credit card processing.

 

50% refund  if you cancel at least 14 days before check in less 5%service fee for credit card processing.

 

No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
